Zarah Kravitz, Student and Program Facilitator
Zarah currently works as the Dancing Shiva Student and Program Facilitator. She dedicates her days sharing the great Vedic teachings of Yoga and Ayurveda, as a means to help aid others to cultivate a healthier, more meaningful, and holistic daily life.
She is a certified Ayurvedic Senior Practitioner, a graduate from The Ayurvedic Institute in New Mexico, taught under the divine guidance of Dr. Vasant Lad. Internationally she leads Ayurvedic group workshops, seminars, cooking classes, cleanse programs, and private consultations.
Zarah is also a certified Dharma Yoga teacher who studied with Sri Dharma Mittra in New York City. For the past twelve years she has spent her time sharing private and group yoga classes, leading special workshops, as well as, retreats in the United States, Colombia, Mexico, and Ecuador. She currently offers group and private Dharma Yoga classes, which include a powerful series of postures, breathing techniques, sacred chanting, guided relaxation, and meditation.
Belinda supports Dancing Shiva's marketing and social media outreach. She shares a diverse background from digital design to holistic wellness. Belinda has spent the majority of her life immersed in holistic and spiritual practices. She is a student of Ayurveda, Yoga, Vedanta, meditation, and the healing arts. She applies a holistic approach to her marketing, management, public relations, and web design. Throughout her career, she has worked with people from all areas of life, some of whom include Olympic medalists and world-record holders in track and field.
Belinda has been a student of Dancing Shiva for some years now and recently deepened her studies to become a Vedic Counsellor under the tutelage of Mas Vidal. Belinda believes it is necessary to create an environment that empowers people to rise to their fullest potential, which drives her passion for blending art and spirituality. She believes this will support you to discover your path of peace and well-being
Annette Figueredo, Ayurvedic Therapies / Women's Health & Fertility Specialist
Annette Figueredo has an inborn passion for healing through her hands, her heart, and her mind. For the last 10 years, Annette has been immersed in some of the greatest healing sciences the world has to offer including Ayurveda, Yoga, and Massage Therapy. Annette dedicates a large part of her practice to helping women enhance their fertility naturally and rejuvenate during the sacred postpartum window.
Annette trains leading massage therapists and aestheticians to perform authentic Ayurvedic healing services (like Abhyanga and Shirodhara) at prestigious spas around the world including the Spa at Little Palm Island in Little Torch Key, St. Regis in Bal Harbor, The Biltmore Hotel in Miami, Ocean Reef Club in Key Largo, Lapis at the Fontainebleau in Miami Beach, Canyon Ranch at Sea, Boca Raton Resort & Club and The Retreat Center in Costa Rica, just to name a few. Annette's healing style incorporates many yogi tools including breathwork, sounding, and metaphysical techniques to move stuck energy and to allow the body to restore itself, naturally returning back to a state of true health. She graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising and entered the world of massage and healing after leaving a bustling career managing domestic and international advertising campaigns for a multitude of brands around the world. Her innate thirst for life and happiness is evident in everything that she does and all endeavors that she touches. Annette resides in Miami, and her greatest pleasure and past-time is raising her 5-year-old son, Jack.
