Mas Vidal Maheshananda

Director and founder of Dancing Shiva School, Ph.D candidate (Integral Ayurveda), and Practitioner of Ayurveda, Mas has become an influential global teacher, speaker, and author of Ayurveda, Yoga culture, and Vedantic philosophy. His diverse background includes therapeutics, athletics, dietetics, ecology, herbs, and Superfoods, which he integrates into a dynamic synthesis that has led him to become an innovative voice in integral Ayurveda, Yoga, and integrative medicine. As an Ayurvedic practitioner, he began his career in 2001 as the medical director of Dancing Shiva's integrative medical clinic that included PanchaKarma, acupuncture, chiropractic, and many other modalities based in Los Angeles, California (for 12 years) before embarking on an extensive travel schedule giving lectures and consultations throughout Mexico, India, Hong Kong, Singapore, Beijing, Portugal and all major cities in the USA. Mas has led hundreds of retreats-programs and workshops all over the world including at least 30 events in Mexico, including Playa Troncones, where he is a part-time resident.

Travel Details:

Getting to Playa Troncones: Fly into Zihuatanejo International Airport to arrive on Sunday, April 19th, transportation provided. Many who live in Southern California choose to fly directly from Tijuana, where they can get direct flights on Volaris Airlines. From Florida, Texas, NYC, many fly on American, Delta or United to Zihuatanejo International Airport (ZIH).

Leaving Playa Troncones: Anytime on Monday, April 27th, transportation provide. The airport is only about 40 minutes from the resort property.

**Airfare not included, and flights should be booked to Ixtapa/Zihuatanejo International Airport.
