Special Vedantic Meditation Series with Mas in Ojai, California (See below)

The souls essential nature is experienced through the trinity of stillness, silence and solitude as a feeling of oneness. Mindfulness is the art of experiencing all that is full (purna) of life, light and love in the temple of meditation. Let us all come together to boldly affirm the eternal song of the spirit…. अहं ब्रह्मास्मिति or "Aham Brahmasmi” I am creation!!

Date: Sunday June 18th
Time: 2-5pm
Address: Mandala Yoga Center / 719 Broadway, Santa Monica, California 9040 / (Payment for this class can be made at Mandala)
Cost: $30

Spirit and nature have been dancing together for eternity as the sciences of yoga and ayurveda. In this wisdom lecture series, Mas Vidal will discuss the largely misconstrued caste system of the hindu-vedic traditions, bringing much light and clarity to its higher purpose and historical evolution. He will also explain how Bhakti yoga has sustained a 5,000 year old yoga tradition and how devotion (bhakti) was born and bread in nature and continues to be part of the Indian ethos, guiding the world back to its inherent universal dharma. Learn how these eternal traditions or sanatana dharma can draw us towards the one universal truth or Vedanata by cultivating our sadhana.  Devotion, discipline, study and meditation are the pillars that can guide us to the inner palace of liberation. All are welcome.
